Maple Avenue Family Dentistry is in its third year! Dr. Goff and the entire staff would like to congratulate Dr. Barone for two successful years as the new owner. The practice continues to grow and expand with the addition of new and improved techniques and equipment, and we would like to thank all of our loyal patients who have kept us motivated.
Dr. Robert Bouffard, our resident periodontist, has been with us more than a year and is offering extractions and periodontal procedures, including implants, grafts, deep cleanings, and surgery. Dr. Kaplan is still with us on Tuesday mornings to provide root canal therapy as well as a song and dance now and then. His sense of humor helps the medicine go down!
Dr. Chris Napolitano has joined us recently and is a graduate of NYU Dental School. He comes to us with a background of excellent dental laboratory skills he learned from his father at Precision Craft Dental Lab in Smithfield and will be helping us out with some additional evening hours.
Dr. Seth Bozarth will be joining us on Saturdays to offer full service dentistry, for those who have difficulty getting time out of work. He comes to us from The Newport Naval Base where he was teamed up with Dr. Bouffard for the last two years. We are pleased that Dr. Goff has been able to reduce his hours so he can pursue other interests. He continues to advance his skills through education and seminars. One of his most recent courses involves the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring; ask him about a simple Epworth evaluation form if you have questions about either of these issues.
Our most recent addition is environmentally friendly Digital X-rays. No more film packets or chemicals and less radiation for you. Ask your hygienist or chairside assistant to show you your next set of x-rays on the monitor. We are also offering procedures to brighten and straighten your teeth. Ask about ZOOM Bleaching and Invisalign.
DENTAL INSURANCE CHANGE If you have dental insurance, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU. As of March 1, 2010, Dr. Goff will be an Out-of-Network Provider. If you have Delta, Blue Cross, or Metlife Dental plans and you choose to schedule treatment with Dr. Goff, you may have additional copays. The front desk personnel can assist you with your questions and give estimates where appropriate. Dr. Barone, Dr. Napolitano, Dr. Bouffard, Dr. Kaplan, and Dr. Bozarth will continue as In-Network providers. Please do not hesitate to ask questions as we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and the front desk ladies. Name our newsletter.
